刘凡一，男，讲师，四川内江人，工学博士。2018年毕业于西北农林科技大学农业机械化工程专业，主要从事丘陵山区大田作物农机装备创新设计及农业散体物料数值模拟技术研究。发表论文10余篇，先后获得2019和2020年度“中国百篇最具影响国内学术论文奖”。
